My husband and I just returned today from an anniversary weekend trip to New Orleans. We have been making this an annual trip for the past three years. This was the first year since Hurricane Katrina that we had a hard time finding a hotel room. There was so much going on in New Orleans this weekend. The Louisiana Roadfood Festival was good. The whole quarter was just busy and we were so glad to see that. I hope this is a sign that people are coming back to New Orleans. Look forward to it next year.

It was jam packed this week! I was there for a conference, and on our various plane rides to NO, my husband and I met people who were going for a total of four other big conferences. It%26#39;s good to see things coming back.
Hey 3ds, we stood in line together at Acme and then sat next to each other at the bar. I agree with you 100%. I returned home last night and all day long I have been saying New Orleans was very much like pre-Katrina. I walked all over the quarter and up in Marigny - did ya%26#39;ll make it up there? I had a great time and it is good that people are coming back. This was my 6th trip since Katrina!
