New Orleans Deals for October

Where are the deals this years, we have been the last 3 years during halloween never paid over $600 a couple from Ohio with air 3-4 nights.

This year can%26#39;t find anything close to those prices

just got back from Cozumel and only paid $860 for 7 nights and 8 days.

Has NO priced themselves out of tourist ?

I%26#39;ve noticed that too. I fly out of Buffalo, and the prices have been the highest in years...any time of the year, not just October :(

What companies are you using? Usually Bookit.com has some good deals. Some TAers have found good prices for this October. You might be coming on a big convention weekend, too.

October is a huge convention month in New Orleans.

Halloween will be huge this year, too, since the 31st is on a Saturday. Add in a major convention and Voodoo Fest and it%26#39;ll be pricey!!

For the last 3 years we went end of October 3-4 nights and was about $500 a couple, this year they are running $800 couple.

Tried Expedia,Orbitz,Travelocity, but didn%26#39;t know about any conventions, we were there last year for the 1st Halloween parade.
