Breakfast at the airport?

Is there a good place to have breakfast at the NO airport? Or am I better off to eat in the FQ b4 my flight? Txs!

Breakfast at the airport?

Not really. How early is your flight? I will always say it%26#39;s better to eat in the FQ than the airport :) (though the airport does have a branch of Acme)

Breakfast at the airport?

You%26#39;re staying at the Place D%26#39;Armes which is only one block to the Cafe Du Monde which is open 24 hrs. Also just a 1/2 block to Stanley%26#39;s ?? their hours.

I was planning on getting a Muffaletta for the flight...but I know I have a dilemma...

Our flight got changed to a 12pm flight, and assuming we have to get there 2 hrs before, what can/should I do to get a Muff for the ';road';?

How long should/can you keep a Muffaletta without a fridge?

What time do places usually open that I could get one for the road?

We are leaving on a Sunday, after FQF, and staying at Prince Conti if that helps.

Txs!!

Food at MSY is generally dreadful, with Acme Oyster House the only possible exception. And it%26#39;s not nearly as good as the FQ location!

For srauhala: there is the French Quarter Deli and Grocery on 806 Conti which is just a few doors up towards Bourbon from your hotel. They have excellent Po-Boys and are open Sundays 10 AM to 2AM. Last time there I had a real oven roasted turkey po-boy. Not sure if they have Muffs. Also across the street from your hotel on the corner of Dauphine and Conti is the Deja Vu ,(not the strip joint). They have wide variety of food in their bar and grill, dine in or take out..24 hrs/ day.

I%26#39;d really encourage you to eat before you go to the airport. Get that last taste of the FQ fresh, not wrapped and sloppy in the airport seats.
