Will be going to the FQF for the first time can%26#39;t wait. I go to Nola every year but have never been to this. We are staying until Tuesday and I was thinking of taking a Swamp Tour on Monday. Being from Florida I%26#39;m not really thrilled about see a gator. So I was wondering if there was more to it than that.I mean is it like taking a boat ride thru a swamp you would see in a movie or not that wild?

If you%26#39;ve seen the IMAX Hurricane on a Bayou movie, it%26#39;s along those lines. Also, there are two options for swamp tours: regular eco-tours and airboat tours. I%26#39;m a fan of the swamp tours because you get to learn a lot about the culture and ecology of the Louisiana swamps and the people who live there. The airboat tours are fun, fast ';rides'; through the swamp, which if you are not into wildlife, might be up your alley.
